For one large glass of smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 scoops of greek yogurt (I used natural but you can also use vanilla)
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
